The objective of DIAGNODE-3 is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of three intranodal injections of 4 μg of Diamyd compared to placebo, along with oral Vitamin D supplementation, to preserve endogenous beta cell function and influence glycemic parameters in adolescent and adults recently diagnosed with T1D carrying the HLA DR3-DQ2 haplotype.

Cenerimod in Subjects Suffering From Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
open to eligible people ages 18-75
The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematous in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: - How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. - How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. In this research study approximately 210 participants will receive cenerimod and approximately 210 participants will receive placebo for 12 months.

Tibulizumab Systemic Sclerosis Understanding and Response Evaluation (TibuSURE)

The study is a Phase 2, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the effects of tibulizumab over 24 weeks (Period 1) in adult participants with systemic sclerosis, followed by an open-label extension period where all active participants will receive tibulizumab and will be evaluated for an additional 28 weeks (Period 2)

Stelara and Tremfya Pregnancy Exposure Registry OTIS Autoimmune Diseases in Pregnancy Project

The purpose of the OTIS Autoimmune Diseases in Pregnancy Study is to monitor planned and unplanned pregnancies exposed to certain medications, to evaluate the possible teratogenic effect of these medications and to follow live born infants for one year after birth. With respect to fetal outcome, it is important to evaluate the spectrum of outcomes that may be relevant to a medication exposure during pregnancy, and these include both easily recognizable defects which are visible at birth, as well as more subtle or delayed defects that may not be readily identifiable without special expertise and observation beyond the newborn period.

Apremilast Pregnancy Exposure Registry

The purpose of the Apremilast Pregnancy Exposure Registry is to monitor planned and unplanned pregnancies exposed to apremilast and to evaluate the safety of this medication relative to specified pregnancy outcomes, and to evaluate potential effects of prenatal apremilast exposure on infant health status through one year of age.
